1How the rate is formed
The website rate is updated automatically and reflects current market conditions. When you create an order, the calculator shows an indicative value. The final calculation is performed using the rate in effect at the time your payment is credited (or when the crypto transfer reaches the network/address).2Why the final amount may differ
- The final amount may differ from the preliminary estimate shown on the website;
- during strong market volatility, the rate may change between order creation and payment;
- processing may take longer if additional confirmations or checks are required.
Important
Once funds are received and confirmed, the current rate at that moment is used — it determines the final result for your order.
3How to reduce the chance of changes
- pay right after creating the order to reduce exposure to market moves;
- prepare the amount and payment details in advance to avoid delays;
- consider your bank/payment provider speed and network confirmation time.
