Rules

This document defines the terms of providing exchange services on the 1obmen.net platform and the rules of interaction between the Service and Users.
1

General provisions

1.1 This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) defines the procedure for providing electronic and digital asset exchange services on the 1obmen.net platform, as well as the terms of interaction between the Service and Users.
1.2 The parties to this Agreement are: the Service — the online platform 1obmen.net; the User — an individual who uses the website functionality and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
1.3 Using 1obmen.net means the User’s unconditional acceptance of this document. If the User disagrees with the Agreement, use of the Service is prohibited.
1.4 This document is published publicly on the website and may be changed by the 1obmen.net administration unilaterally without prior notice.

Key terms

1obmen.net Service An online system for exchanging digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and electronic money.
Service website The internet resource 1obmen.net.
User A person who uses the Service and accepts the terms of this Agreement.
Payment system Third-party software for transferring funds, tracking obligations, and processing settlements on the Internet.
Electronic asset A digital obligation between the currency developer and its owner.
Operation (Payment) A transfer of electronic assets from a sender to a recipient.
Request An electronic form completed by the User on the website, expressing the intention to use exchange services.
Source currency The asset the User transfers for exchange.
Source account A wallet or payment details from which the source currency is sent.
Result currency The asset the User receives after the exchange.
Result account A wallet or payment details to which the result currency is delivered.
Reserve The volume of assets available in the Service at the time the request is created.
Rate The value ratio used for exchanging assets.

Subject

3.1 The 1obmen.net Service provides the User with cryptocurrency and electronic money exchange services under this document.

Services and procedure

4.1 To receive a service, the User creates a request on the 1obmen.net website.
4.2 Request management and exchange status tracking are available via the website interface.
4.3 The Service processes requests according to the rules of the relevant payment systems.
4.4 1obmen.net is not a party to contractual relationships between the User and any payment system.
4.5 The Service is not obligated to verify whether the sender and recipient identities match.
4.6 By creating a request, the User confirms the lawful origin of funds and the right to dispose of them.
4.7 The User is solely responsible for calculating and paying taxes in their jurisdiction.

Fees

5.1 Fees and exchange rates are published on the website and may be changed unilaterally by the administration.
5.2 When creating a request, the User sees the rate, the payment system fee, and the final amount.

Account rules

6.1 During registration, the User must provide accurate information.
6.2 The Service may request additional documents for verification (passport, photos, video verification, proof of funds source, etc.).
6.3 The administration may restrict or block an account if a violation is suspected.
6.4 The User is responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
6.5 Using the Service for illegal activities is prohibited (money laundering, terrorist financing, gambling, etc.).

Asset exchange

7.1 The User instructs the Service to exchange the source currency into the selected asset.
7.2 The request must be paid strictly via the payment form on the website.
7.3 The Service’s obligations are considered fulfilled at the moment funds are debited from the Service’s account within the payment system.
7.4 If funds do not arrive within 30–90 minutes, the request may be canceled.
7.5 The rate is fixed at the moment the deposit is credited to the partner exchange.
7.6 The time for card crediting (Visa/MasterCard) may range from a few seconds up to 5 business days.
7.7 If the User’s wallet address does not pass AML screening, the Service may request additional verification.
7.8 In case of suspicious transactions, the Service may suspend the operation and hold the funds.
7.9 If an asset is mistakenly sent via a different network, a return may be possible with a network fee and a fixed service charge deducted.
7.10 Smart-contract transactions are not supported.

Effective date

8.1 This Agreement is a public offer.
8.2 Acceptance is deemed to occur when a request is created and confirmed.
8.3 The acceptance date and conditions are recorded automatically by the system.
9

Liability

9.1 The Service is liable to the User within the amount transferred for exchange.
9.2 The Service is not responsible for failures or errors of third-party payment systems and banks.
9.3 The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided information.
9.4 All risks related to rate changes, fees, and delays are borne by the User.
9.5 In force majeure circumstances, the parties are released from liability.
10

Refunds

10.1 A refund is possible only if the exchange did not take place and the funds were not credited to the User.
10.2 Refunds are made minus the network fee and possible exchange-rate differences.
10.3 The refund procedure is initiated only after the User contacts the support team.
11

Final provisions

11.1 1obmen.net may amend this Agreement by publishing a new version on the website.
11.2 The Service may refuse to process a request without providing reasons.
11.3 If suspicious activity is detected, the operation may be suspended.
11.4 The Service may send the User email notifications about request statuses.
11.5 During technical maintenance, access to the website may be temporarily restricted.
This document is publicly available and may be updated by the 1obmen.net administration in accordance with clause 1.4.
