The service informs about changes to the working schedule during the holiday period. Due to the upcoming holidays and the traditional increase in load on exchange operations, we inform users about temporary changes in the service operating schedule. Working schedule on holiday dates: • December 25 and December 31 — the service will be available from 10:00 to 16:00 local time; • January 1 and January 2 — exchange operations will not be processed. During this period, request processing will be carried out on a reduced schedule. All requests created outside working hours are automatically accepted by the system and will be processed after operators resume work. We recommend planning exchange operations in advance and taking into account possible delays related to the holiday schedule.
