To protect the User, any changes to payout details for an order, as well as adding a refund address, are handled exclusively via the email address provided when the order was created.
1.2
Requests from other sources or different email addresses are not considered verified.
2How to request changes by email

1Send an email from the address used in the order Use the same email address you entered when creating the order.

2Put your order ID in the subject line Subject: your order ID (e.g., #123456).

3Provide the new details In the email body, provide new payout details or a refund address.

4Wait for manual confirmation After review, an operator will update the order manually.
3If your email cannot send messages
3.1
Contact support via the website chat and provide your order ID.
3.2
A confirmation code will be sent to the email address linked to the order.
3.3
Enter the code in the chat to confirm your right to change payout details.
4If the email is invalid or disposable
4.1
In this case, payout details can be changed only after video verification of identity and transaction ownership.
4.2
The video must be at least 10 seconds long, in good quality, and show the following:
- transaction history screen;
- transaction hash (TXID) and sender address;
- asset/ticker, amount, and transfer date;
- a visible page refresh before recording starts.
4.3
Upload the video file to Google Drive. Send a publicly accessible link in your reply (or share it in chat upon the operator’s request).
Security condition
The Service may request additional information if the provided data is not sufficient to confirm the right to make changes.
5Important condition
5.1
1obmen.net reserves the right to refuse changes to payout details if the verification procedure is not followed and/or if there are signs of risk or unauthorized access.
